The staff member went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including late check-in and late check-out. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our family stay. The location was ideal and there was plenty of parking. The manager ensured our beds were separated and even located us on the ground floor due to our heavy luggage.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had an amazing experience. The room was clean and modern, and I really appreciated having a well set up desk to work at. The staff here were excellent in communication. They were so understanding and flexible when I was running late for check-in. I also loved the fact that this place is located close to eateries in town, making it convenient for dining out.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is great, being near the airport and also close to the Heron Island ferry.

The quiet, the ability to darken the room to sleep in after a late night. Private and anytime entry and exit.

It was everthing I required. A true double bed would have been nice instead of twins brought together but its a very small gripe.

Great location just a short stroll from restaurants and shops and easy to find parking. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and the kitchen amenities, which made cooking our own meals a breeze. Bonus points for the communal outdoor area with a barbecue - perfect for socializing with other guests.

The cleanliness of the common areas could have been improved, particularly the carpets in the hallways. The elevator was a bit slow, but it was a minor inconvenience and not a dealbreaker.

I think they are way over priced. The front desk was not accomidating to our needs. The bed was of very poor quality for the price they charge. I would sleep in my car before I would ever stay there again.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close enough to walk to the cafes in the area and also close to everything. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with plenty of room for two people. The staff were helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to accommodate our late check-out.

The kitchen notice threatening extra fees for dishes left unwashed left a sour taste in our mouths.

I wasn't sure why there was a cook top but no saucepans or frypans supplied. Would be helpful to include these in the kitchen supplies.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel's location was ideal - close to everything, including eateries in town. We found the room to be a good size, and it had all the hotel facilities we needed for a family stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the beds were comfortable. In addition, the hotel had a lot of parking available which was very convenient for us. We appreciated that the staff, especially Jo and Darrell, were hospitable and warm throughout our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Everything else but the beds, and could do with a continental breakfast.

My only complaint was that both rooms that I have stayed in considering how new the hotel is have very poor quality beds. They have are ready slumped
